age and pursued a career in butchering on leaving school. Recipient in 1991 of the NSW and

Australian Apprentice of the Year, Singleton Business Chamber 2016 Pride of Workmanship

Award and Winner of Excellence in Retail at the 2020 Singleton Business Excellence Awards.

Recognising the connection between good animal husbandry and good quality meat,

Craig sources from local primary producers who share his values while supporting the local economy.
